Placing Orders
As we are a small operation with just two of us in the butchery we need you to place your order by Monday evening for delivery by the end of the week.
We are only able to deliver within a 30 mile radius of the farm.
Availability
At Jacob's Ladder we pride ourselves in producing our own beef and lamb and doing our own butchery. As we are limited by the number of cuts in a carcass some cuts may be out of stock. If this is the case, we will contact you to advise of suitable alternatives or next availability.
You are welcome to collect your meat directly from the farm. If you are further afield (up to 30 miles) we will arrange a courier. We cannot deliver orders further than 30 miles. In order to cover the cost of packaging and transport, the minimum order is £50.
Our packaging is reusable and environmentally friendly and consists of a box with wool insulation and ice packs.
For those living in or close to Brighton we supply Ed from the Sussex Peasant who does a wonderful job as acting as a valuable link between ourselves and you, the customer.
